iOS 13, iPadOS Public Beta 3 now available for iPhone and iPad

Apple has released the third public beta for iOS 13 and iPadOS and it comes just a day after the company released the fourth developer betas for its latest operating systems. Additionally, Apple has also released the third public betas for macOS Catalina and tvOS 13 as well. The latest public betas are being rolled out over-the-air and should reach all those users who have enrolled themselves to the company’s beta program.

In case you’re still on the stable iOS 12 update and want to try out the latest iOS 13 or iPadOS public beta version, you can head over to Apple’s beta program website to enroll your device by signing in using your Apple ID, following which you will have to follow certain steps to download and install the public beta build.

Some new features introduced with iOS 13 public beta 3 include a new icon for voice messages in the Messages app, a new Rearrange Apps option when long pressing on an app, smaller app menus on the home screen and improved 3D Touch performance. The latest beta version also fixes some security issues spotted in the last beta. iPadOS public beta 3 should get most of these features as well.

As for tvOS 13 and macOS Catalina, the latest public betas bring bug fixes and performance improvements, but there is no word on whether they bring any new features. iOS 13 public beta will be available from iPhone 6s to iPhone XS Max, while iPadOS will be available from iPad mini 4 to 12.9-inch iPad Pro 2018 as well as iPod touch 7th gen.
